9. Crane in nine palace – Guarding Heaven and Earth

Immortal crane steps on the heavenly nine palaces. Spirit is clear as the cranes are drifting in elegant posture and graceful motions.

Two extremes, three tiers, four phases, five elements, six harmony, seven stars, eight trigrams and nine palace are all presented in one form. The former eight are ways to train and practice. This is the way to present the accomplishment from the practice.
